Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County

$606,956.98 has been granted to Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County to repair 27 homes and rebuild one home in Jefferson and Orange Counties damaged during Hurricane Harvey. Initially, Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County planned the disaster response program, Home After Harvey, to help 60 families recover from Hurricane Harvey. That goal was quickly increased to 100, then 150, and now to 200 homes, including those to be repaired and rebuilt by this grant.

As of September 2019, 50% of funds have been disbursed as scheduled.
